摘要
对飞机鹅颈铰链组件的设计要点进行了研究分析,包括如何优化旋转轴线位置、鹅颈铰链与铰链支座采用何种构型、如何选择鹅颈铰链与铰链支座的连接形式等。给出了旋转轴线位置的优化方法,介绍了两种鹅颈铰链组件构型的特点与应用范围,对鹅颈铰链与铰链支座之间几种不同的连接形式进行了分类说明与对比分析,结合工程实例对几种连接形式进行了重点研究。
This paper studies and analyzes the design points of the aircraft gooseneck hinge assembly, including optimizing the position of the rotation axis, the configuration of the gooseneck hinge and the hinge support, and the connection form of the gooseneck hinge and the hinge support. The optimization method of the rotation axis position is given. The characteristics and application range of the configuration of the two gooseneck hinge assemblies are introduced. The different connection forms between the gooseneck hinge and the hinge support are classified and compared. Several connection forms are studied based on engineering examples.
