摘要
对风力发电机组风电联轴器胀紧套,用理论计算、有限元方法进行了强度分析,并通过对实际产品的应力应变测试对有限元分析结果进行验证,结果表明,有限元分析与理论计算相差较小,实际应力应变测试结果与前两种校核结果接近,有限元分析方法具有较好的准确性,可作为联轴器胀紧套的强度校核方法之一。
The theoretical analysis and finite element method are used to analyze the strength of the expansion sleeve of the wind turbine coupling. The finite element analysis results are verified through the stress and strain test of the actual product. The results show that the difference between the finite element analysis and the theoretical calculation is small,and the actual stress and strain test results are close to the previous two check results. The finite element analysis method has good accuracy and can be used as one of the strength checking methods of the coupling expansion sleeve.
