摘要 基于ANSYS Workbench软件结合受力分析,对现有行星架进行了建模和静力学有限元分析,在不降低当前寿命、轴的强度和刚度要求的前提下,以减轻行星架质量、降低生产成本、降低装配工艺难度为目标,兼顾考虑对噪声的影响,对行星架进行了优化改进,并通过实验验证了新方案的可行性和有效性,优化后的行星架质量减轻了2.25 g,轴的成本降低了一半,主观噪声得到了改善,其它目标都得到了实现。 Based on ANSYS Workbench software and force analysis, this paper builds model of existing planetary carrier and perform static finite element analysis. Without reducing the current life, shaft strength and stiffness requirements, this paper optimizes and improves the planet carrier with the goal of reducing the weight of the planet carrier, reducing production costs, reducing assembly process difficulty and reducing noise. The feasibility and effectiveness of the new scheme are verified by experiments. The optimized planet carrier weight is reduced by 2.25 g, the cost of the shaft is reduced by half, the subjective noise is improved, and other objectives are achieved.
