摘要
对于现代机载显示器来说,轻量化、小型化、模块化、通用化、系列化是其发展方向。为了更好地满足要求,文中在传统显示器的设计基础上,对显示器内部结构进行了集成化设计。一方面减轻了产品质量,缩小了尾部尺寸,另一方面提高了散热效率,简化了维修步骤。此方案已在实际产品中得到验证,并且能很好地满足要求。
For modern airborne displays, lightweight, miniaturization, modularization, generalization, and serialization are the development directions. In order to better meet the requirements, this paper integrates the internal structure of the display based on the design of the traditional display. On the one hand, the weight of the product is reduced, the size of the tail is reduced, and on the other hand, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, and the maintenance steps are simplified.This solution has been verified in the actual product and can meet the requirements very well.
