摘要 介绍了基于有限元法进行弹塑性材料非线性屈曲的分析流程,通过一受外压薄壁圆管算例研究了初始几何缺陷,材料的屈服强度及应变硬化对结构失稳的临界载荷的影响,并结合实际案例总结了进行塑性失稳分析的要点,为空调管壳式换热器中换热管的设计提供借鉴与指导。 Based on the finite element method for nonlinear buckling analysis of elastoplastic materials, the effects of initial geometric defects, material yield strength, and strain hardening on the critical load of structural instability are studied through an example of a thin-walled circular tube subjected to external pressure. The main points of plastic instability analysis are summarized in combination with actual cases, which provides reference and guidance for the design of heat exchange tubes in air-conditioning shell and tube heat exchangers.
