摘要
表达式功能是UG NX参数化建模的一个基本工具。对于具有相同结构特征的一类零部件,借助UG NX的表达式功能,可以很方便地完成参数化模型的建立;通过参数表的修改和导入、更新操作,可快速地生成系列化零部件的三维模型。先在参数化的三维模板上编制加工刀轨,然后通过修改参数表更新三维模型,再更新加工刀轨,就可快捷地输出所需要的数控加工程序。以调距桨中的曲柄销盘为例,较详细地论述了上述过程。
Expression function is a basic tool for UG NX parametric modeling. For a class of components with the same structural features, the UG NX expression function can be used to easily establish a parametric model. The 3 D model of the serialized component can be quickly generated by modifying and importing and updating the parameter table. For its numerical control programming, the machining tool path is first programmed on the parameterized three-dimensional model, and then the three-dimensional model is updated by modifying the parameter table, and then the machining tool path is updated, so that the required numerical control machining program can be quickly output. This paper discusses the above process by taking the crank pin plate in the pitch paddle as an example.
