摘要 介绍了内藏式电主轴轴套类零件上孔位和凹槽的机械加工工艺、夹具优化设计及其辅助零件的选用,以实现工件的快速和精准定位,节省加工的装夹时间。经过大批量的生产证实,所确定的加工步骤和设计的夹具是合理的,可提高生产效率,满足工件的加工精度要求,降低了工人的劳动强度,较好地实现了设计要求。 This paper introduces the machining process, the optimization design of the fixture and the selection of auxiliary parts for the hole position and groove on the bushing parts of the built-in electric spindle, so as to realize the fast and precise positioning of the workpiece and save the clamping time of the machining. Large-scale production verifies that the deter mined processing steps and design fixtures are reasonable, which can improve production efficiency, meet the processing precision requirements of the workpiece, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and better realize the design requirements.
