基于子午流注理论的腕踝针联合循经刮痧法缓解腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果观察

Effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with scraping therapy along the meridians in treatment of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的探讨基于子午流注理论的腕踝针联合循经刮痧法缓解腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的效果。方法 60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规腕踝针和循经刮痧干预,观察组基于子午流注理论选择申时给予腕踝针和循经刮痧干预。评价2组干预疗效,比较2组干预前后腰椎功能、疼痛及生活质量。结果干预后,观察组JOA下腰痛评分中主观症状、临床体征、日常活动受限度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于子午流注理论的腕踝针疗法联合循经刮痧法,对缓解腰椎间盘突出症所致的疼痛症状、改善患者生活质量均有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with scraping therapy along the meridians in treatment of pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods Totally 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with scraping therapy along the meridians, and observation group was given midnight-noon ebb-flow wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with scraping therapy along the meridians. Patients were investigated with Japanese Orthopedic Association(JOA) low-back pain scale, Numerical Rating Scale and Short Form 36-Item(SF-36) before and after interventions. Results The factor scores of subjective symptoms, physical signs, limit of daily activities in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). The score of NRS for pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). The factor scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). Conclusion The midnight-noon ebb-flow wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with scraping therapy along the meridians can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve their quality of life.
