早期康复训练联合中医护理方案用于缺血性脑卒中患者的效果评价

Evaluation of early rehabilitation program combined Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients with cerebral ischemic stroke

目的探讨早期康复训练联合中医护理方案用于缺血性脑卒中患者康复治疗的效果。方法将80例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。在综合治疗的基础上,对照组实施常规护理和康复锻炼指导,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复训练联合中医护理干预。对比干预前和干预后2组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分和Barthel(BI)指数,评价干预效果。结果干预4周后,2组NIHSS评分较干预前降低,且观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预4周后,2组BI和FMA评分均较干预前提高,且观察组BI和FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对缺血性脑卒中患者早期介入康复训练,同时配合中医护理干预,能进一步改善患者运能功能和日常生活活动能力,促进康复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation program combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients with cerebral ischemic stroke. Methods Totally 80 patients with cerebral ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group(n=40) and the observation group(n=40). All patients received comprehensive treatment. Routine neurological nursing interventions and rehabilitation exercise were adopted in the control group, and an early rehabilitation program combined Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing was applied in the observation group. The effectiveness of rehabilitation interventions was evaluated by National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Barthel Index(BI). Results The NIHSS score dropped in both control group and observation after 4-week intervention, and NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The FMA score and BI score increased in both control group and observation after 4-week intervention, scores of the observation group was higher than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The early rehabilitation program combined Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of motor function and activity of daily living among patients with cerebral ischemic stroke.
