苁蓉精联合针灸疗法对早期帕金森病患者步行能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal compound (Herba Cistanche) combined with acupuncture therapy on walking capacity and quality of life in patients with early Parkinson’s disease

目的探讨中药复方苁蓉精颗粒联合针灸对早期帕金森病(PD)患者步行能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月-2018年12月神经内科住院治疗的PD患者80例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采取常规针灸疗法,观察组在对照组基础上给予苁蓉精中药复方颗粒。观察2组患者治疗前和治疗后1、2、3、6个月帕金森病生活质量问卷(PDQ-39)、"起立-行走"计时测试(TUGT)结果。结果治疗后1、2、3、6个月2组PDQ-39评分、TUGT均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苁蓉精中药治疗结合针灸疗法有助于提高早期PD患者生活质量和步行能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese herbal compound(Herba Cistanche) combined with acupuncture therapy on walking capacity and quality of life in patients with early Parkinson’s disease(PD). Methods Totally 80 patients with early PD were divided into the control group and the observation, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received acupuncture therapy, and those in the observation group were give oral administration of Chinese herbal compound granules(Herba Cistanche). The Parkinson’s disease questionnaire(PDQ-39) and Timed Up and Go Test(TUGT) were used to evaluate the quality of life and walking capacity of patients. Results The scores of PDQ-39 and TUGT were decreased at 1, 2,3 and 6 months after treatment, and scores of PDQ-39 and TUGT were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The oral administration of Chinese herbal compound(Herba Cistanche) combined with acupuncture has a good effect on quality of life and walking capacity of patients with early PD.
