三阴交穴位按摩缓解剖宫产术后宫缩痛的效果观察

Effect of acupoint massage at Sanyinjiao (SP6) on relieving uterine contraction pain after cesarean section

目的探讨应用中医护理方法按摩三阴交穴位缓解剖宫产术后宫缩痛的效果。方法选取产科行剖宫产产后宫缩痛的初产妇30例。产妇剖宫产术后常规抗感染、促宫缩、静脉镇痛泵镇痛治疗。滴入缩宫素后,常规告知产妇镇痛泵的使用方法和缓解宫缩痛护理方法。常规护理后宫缩痛未能缓解的产妇加用中医护理方法穴位按摩三阴交。结果常规护理后,产妇重度疼痛16(53.33%)例,中度疼痛14(46.67%)例,NRS评分均值6.53分。穴位按摩三阴交后30 min,NRS评分均值为2.40分;3 h后(静脉滴注催产素结束)NRS评分均值为2.23分。结论三阴交穴位按摩能有效减轻剖宫产术后产妇的宫缩痛。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage at Sanyinjiao(SP6) on relieving uterine contraction pain after cesarean section. Methods Totally 30 women with uterine contraction pain after cesarean section were included in the study. All parturient women received comprehensive treatment including anti-infection, stimulation of uterine contraction and pain control by analgesia pump. All parturient women were informed about instruction of analgesia pump and nursing measures for uterine contraction pain. The acupoint massage at Sanyinjiao(SP6) was performed to those women without pain-relief. Results Of 30 parturient women, 16(53.33%) of them experienced severe pain and 14 of them experienced moderate pain, and averaged NRS score was 6.53. The averaged NRS score dropped to 2.40 after implementation of a 30-min acupoint massage at Sanyinjiao(SP6), and dropped to 2.23 three hours later. Conclusion The acupoint massage at Sanyinjiao(SP6) is potentially effective to relieve uterine contraction pain after cesarean section.
