冰硝散外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的效果观察

Effect of external application of Bingxiao Powder as an additional treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的观察冰硝散外敷辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月-2019年8月收治的50例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以冰硝散外敷并实施优质护理。观察2组腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间及疗效。结果观察组患者腹痛缓解时间、血淀粉酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.00%高于对照组的80.00%,但2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论冰硝散外敷可有效减轻急性胰腺炎患者的痛苦,促进血淀粉酶恢复,有助于促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Bingxiao Powder as an additional treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Totally 50 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 25 cases in each group. All patients received comprehensive treatment and routine care, and patients in the observation group were given external application of Bingxiao Powder as an additional treatment and related high-quality nursing. The time to abdominal pain relief and recovery time of hemodiastase and intervention efficacy were compared between two groups. Results The time to abdominal pain relief and recovery time of hemodiastase was shorter in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total response rate was 92.00% in the observation group and 80.00% in the control group, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The external application of Bingxiao Powder as an additional treatment can relive the pain of patient and improve the recovery of hemodiastase.
