三级综合医院临床护士对静脉治疗认知的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on nurses’ awareness of intravenous therapy in a first-class tertiary hospital

目的了解三级综合医院临床护士对静脉治疗相关知识的认知情况,为规范静脉治疗提出相应对策,以更好地指导临床实践。方法采用云南省护理学会统一编制的问卷,对某三级医院210名临床护士的静脉治疗相关知识认知情况进行调查。结果本组调查对象中仍有22.38%(47/210)的护士不知晓《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》;护士静脉治疗知识主要来源于护理部培训、护理学术杂志和网络;仅24(11.43%)名护士非常熟练《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》;静脉治疗相关知识条目中仅有"使用何种液体进行冲、封管""操作前是否进行评估""静脉治疗的操作核对要求"3个条目的正确率>85%。结论护士对静脉治疗《静脉治疗护理技术操作规范》的了解及相关知识的认知有待提高,医院相关部门应针对存在的问题加强培训。

Objective To investigate the nurses’ awareness of intravenous therapy in a first-class tertiary hospital, and provide countermeasures for the implementation of standardized intravenous therapy. Methods A specific questionnaire made by Yunnan Nursing Association was used to investigate the awareness of intravenous therapy among 210 nurses from a first-class tertiary hospital. Results Of 210 nurses, 22.38%(47/210) of them were not aware of the standard nursing pressure in intravenous therapy. Hospital training, academic journals and internet were e main sources of intravenous therapy-knowledge. Only 24(11.43%) nurses were skilled in the standard nursing pressure in intravenous therapy. The correct-answer rate of proper solution for catheter flushing and sealing, assessment before intravenous therapy and checking requirements before intravenous therapy was above 85% respectively. Conclusion More efforts should be made to improve the nurses’ awareness of intravenous therapy, and more training for standard operation of intravenous therapy should be provided.
