摘要
针对目前三峡船闸、葛洲坝船闸运行管理所采用的远程图像监控和人工监护引泊的现状,进行基于船舶在闸室内精确定位和计算机视觉技术应用的研究,包括闸室水工建筑对定位的影响、闸墙槽内系船柱的运行检测、智能引泊系统的架构等。结果表明:通过上述技术的应用可基本实现船舶在整个过闸过程中的位置和轨迹近实时的、连续的跟踪显示,对船舶的系缆情况、靠泊位置进行有效的检测和判断,通过管理终端的仿真界面、信息推送等功能基本实现船舶过闸的智能监管,对提高船闸运行的管理水平、提高过闸效率具有重要的意义。
Aiming at the present situation of remote image monitoring and manual monitoring for the operation and management of the Three Gorges and Gezhouba ship lock,we study the application of ship’s precise positioning in the lock chamber and computer vision technology,including the influence of the hydraulic structure of the lock chamber on positioning,the operation detection of the mooring column in the lock wall groove,and the structure of the intelligent berthing system.The research conclusion is that the application of the above technology can basically realize the near real-time and continuous tracking display of the ship’s position and trajectory in the whole process of lock-passing,effectively detect and judge the ship’s mooring situation and berthing position,and basically realize the intelligent supervision of ship’s lock-passing through the simulation interface of management terminal,information push and other functions,so as to improve the operation of lock.It is of great significance for improving the management level and the efficiency of overturning.
