摘要
通过研究分析影响过闸效率的变量与不变量,总结出待闸船舶进入闸室的移泊时间作为变量的内在规律性,即进闸移泊时间的差异性是由闸室外待闸级数的多少决定的。论证了将现行五级船闸运行两级停泊待闸改变为五级运行五级待闸通航组织模式的必要性,以及在三峡枢纽原设计通航设施基础上增建必要工程措施的可行性。为三峡通航管理机构适时开展待闸与过闸无缝衔接的通航组织工作、大幅提高三峡枢纽过闸运量(在2017年水平年基础上约提高1200万t)、服务长江经济带发展提供参考性依据。
Through the research and analysis of the variables and invariants that affect the efficiency of passing through the gate,it is concluded that the inherent regularity of the berthing time as a variable is that the difference of the berthing time is determined by the number of waiting stages outside the gate.This paper demonstrates the necessity of changing the current level-5 ship lock operation level-2 berthing and waiting lock into level-5 operation level-5 waiting lock navigation organization pattern,and the feasibility of adding necessary engineering measures on the basis of the original design navigation facilities of the Three Gorges project.It provides a reference for the Three Gorges navigation administration to carry out the navigation organization work of seamless connection between the waiting gate and the crossing gate,greatly improve the traffic volume of the Three Gorges hub(about 12 million tons on the basis of 2017 level year),and serve the development of the Yangtze River economic belt.
