摘要
针对三峡升船机平衡重框架润滑难度大、安全风险高、作业时间长的问题,根据三峡升船机平衡重框架的结构形式、运行特点以及润滑点的分布,设计一种便携式单线递进干油集中润滑系统。分析平衡重框架润滑点的摩擦类型、运行参数,确定合适的润滑剂,计算各润滑点的需油量、管路压力损失,确定管路的规格、路径、系统工作压力,以选择合适的分配器和润滑脂泵。结果表明,改造后的平衡重框架干油集中润滑系统操作简单、作业方便,同时降低了施工劳动强度和油脂损耗。
In view of the difficulty of lubrication construction,high safety risk and long working time of the balance weight frame of the Three Gorges ship lift,according to the structural form,operation characteristics and distribution of lubrication points of the balance weight frame of the Three Gorges ship lift,we design a centralized lubrication system for dry oil of portable single-line delivery,analyze the friction type and operating parameters of the lubrication point of the counterweight frame,determine the appropriate lubricant,calculate the oil demand and pipeline pressure loss of each lubrication point through research,and determine the specification,path and system working pressure of the pipeline to select the appropriate dispenser and grease pump.The results show that the modified dry oil centralized lubrication system of the balance weight frame is simple and easy to operate,and reduces the construction labor intensity and grease loss.
