产妇出院准备度量表的汉化及信效度研究

Chinesization of Readiness for Hospital Discharge Study-New Mother Form (RHDS-NMF) and its reliability and validity test

[目的]对产妇出院准备度量表(RHDS-NMF)进行汉化,并检验其信度和效度。[方法]通过翻译、回译、跨文化调试及预实验,形成中文版RHDS-NMF量表,并对湖北省某三级甲等医院产科379例产妇进行问卷调查,分析中文版RHDS-NMF的信度和效度。[结果]中文版RHDS-NMF量表的内容效度指数为0.98。探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,保留了19个条目,累积方差贡献率为69.921%。验证性因子分析各指数均达到理想值,模型拟合良好。总量表的Cronbach′sα系数为0.901,折半信度为0.825。[结论]中文版RHDS-NMF量表具有良好的信效度,适用于对我国产妇出院准备度的评价和测量。

Objective:To translate the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Study-New Mother Form(RHDS-NMF)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among Chinese postpartum mothers.Methods:The Chinese version of RHDS-NMF was formed by adopting forward and back translation,cross-cultural semantic equivalence assessment,and pilot testing.Using the cross-sectional survey method,the reliability and validity of RHDS-NMF were tested by questionaire among 379 postpartum mothers who met the inclusion criteria for obstetric delivery in a tertiary grade A hospital in Hubei Province.Results:The content validity index(CVI)of the Chinese version of the RHDS-NMF was 0.98.Exploratory factor analysis(EFA)extracted 4 factors,including 19 items,which could explain 69.921%of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that each index reached the ideal value.And the model fit well.The Cronbach′sαcoefficients of the total scale was 0.901,and the Guttman-split half reliability was 0.825.Conclusion:The Chinese version of RHDS-NMF is reliable and valid,which can be used as an instrument for assessing the discharge readiness of postpartum mothers in China.
