痰热清治疗AECOPD患者前后血清IL-8、IL-10和IL-17变化及临床意义

Changes of serum IL-8,IL-10 and IL-17 in patients with AECOPD after the treatment of Tanreqing and its clinical significance

目的观察痰热清治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床效果,并分析其对患者血清IL-8、IL-10和IL-17表达的影响。方法选择2016年11月-2018年11月在皖医一附院、二附院住院的100例AECOPD患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组和对照组两组,每组各50例。研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用痰热清。检测两组患者治疗前后的血清IL8、IL-10和IL17含量,同时对比血气分析值、CAT评分的差异。结果经过7天的治疗两组炎性因子发生同方向改变,但研究组IL-8、IL17浓度较对照组下降更明显,IL-10水平增高的也更明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7天后研究组较对照组PaO2、PaCO2及CAT评分改善均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论痰热清辅助治疗AECOPD的疗效显著,可有效调节炎性因子水平,改善患者临床症状、血气指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the changes of serum interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) after the treatment of Tanreqing and its clinical significance.Methods The clinical data were obtained from 100 cases of AECOPD patients those who treated in the first and second affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College between November,2016 and November,2018.The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group.Tanreqing was applied in the experiment group on the basis of the control group.Levels of serum IL-8,IL-10 and IL-17,blood gas indicators,COPD assessment test(CAT) scores were respectively detected in two groups before and after treatment.Results After 7 days of treatment,inflammation cytokines in two groups changed in the same direction.However,the levels of IL-8,IL-17 in experimental group were lower and the levels of IL-10 was higher than those in control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of blood gas parameters and CAT score in experimental group were better than those in the control group after 7 days of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Tanreqing adjuvant treatment of AECOPD could effectively regulate inflammation cytokines,improve the clinical symptoms,blood gas indicators,therefore it is of high value in clinical application.
