摘要
目的探讨血清亲环素A在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的表达及临床相关性。方法选取2018年6月-2019年4月本院就诊的糖尿病患者65例作为研究对象,其中25例糖尿病无并发症组,40例糖尿病视网膜病变组[其中20例为背景性糖尿病视网膜病变(即非增殖性视网膜病变),20例为增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变],同期选择25例健康成人为对照组。记录一般临床资料,测定血清亲环素A水平,同时检测血压、血脂、HbA1c、尿酸,比较各组参数差异,分析其与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性。结果糖尿病组及糖尿病视网膜病变组血脂(TC、LDL-C)、HbA1c均高于正常对照组,糖尿病视网膜病变组的血脂、HbA1c高于单纯糖尿病对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单纯糖尿病组的血清亲环素A水平高于正常对照组,糖尿病视网膜病变组血清亲环素A水平显著高于单纯糖尿病组及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中增殖性视网膜病变组又高于背景性视网膜病变组。结论高血糖、高血脂是糖尿病视网膜病变发生的高危因素,血清亲环素A可能参与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展。
Objective To explore the expression of cyclophilin A(CyPA) in serum of patients with diabetic retinopathy and its clinical significance.Methods 65 patients with diabetes who received treatment in endocrine department of the second people’s hospital of Lianyungang from June 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.Among them,25 diabetes patients without complication ere included in diabetes group,40 patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR) were divided into the phase of non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR) group and proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) group according to the examination of fundus.At the same time,25 healthy individuals who received physical examination in the hospital were enrolled as controls.General clinical information were collected.Serum cyclophilin A was measured by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Moreover,plasma lipid,blood pressure,HbA1c,blood uric acid(UA) were measured and the parameters compared between the groups.Results The levels of serum lipids(TC and LDL-C) and glycosylated hemoglobin of both diabetes group and diabetic retinopathy group were significantly higher than that in control group,the serum lipids and HbA1c in the diabetic retinopathy group were significantly higher than those in the diabetic control group(P<0.05).The levels of CyPA in diabetes patients without complication group were higher than healthy group,and the serum levels of CyPA in diabetic retinopathy group were significantly higher than control group.The serum CyPA levels of PDR group were also significantly higher than NPDR group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyper glycaemia and hyperlipemia are the high risk factors for DR progression.Increased level of serum cyclophilin A is correlated with the morbidity of diabetic retinopathy.
