摘要
目的探讨血小板参数PLT,PDW,MPV,PCV和血脂指数血清载脂蛋白B/A-1比在2型糖尿病中的应用价值,以及2型糖尿病患者血小板参数和载脂蛋白B/A-1比的关系。方法检测100例健康体检者(对照组)和200例2型糖尿病(糖尿病组)患者的血清载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)、血清载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、PLT、PDW、MPV和PCV,比较这些指标在两组人群中是否有统计学差异。将2型糖尿病患者按ApoB/ApoA-1比值<0.9与ApoB/Apo A-1≥0.9比值分成两组,比较两组间的血小板参数水平。结果糖尿病组与对照组比较,年龄、性别之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病组PLT,PCV水平降低,ApoB/ApoA-1,MPV,PDW水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。糖尿病组中以载脂蛋白B/A-1(ApoB/ApoA-1)比值以0.9为界分组中血小板参数中只有PDW有统计学意义。结论 PLT,PDW,MPV,PCV和血脂指数血清载脂蛋白B/A-1比均与糖尿病有密切关联,PDW水平与血脂指数载脂蛋白B/A-1比有关。
Objective To explore the application value of platelet parameters including PLT,PDW,MPV,PCV and serum lipid index serum apolipoprotein B/A-1 ratio in type 2 diabetes,as well as relationship between the platelet parameters and apolipoprotein B/A-1 ratio in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Serum levels of apolipoprotein A1(Apo A1),apolipoprotein B(Apo B),PLT,PDW,MPV,and PCV were measured in 100 healthy subjects(control group) and 200 patients with type 2 diabetes(diabetes group).The differences in the indicators were statistically compared between the two groups.Patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups according to the ratio of apo B/Apo A-1 ratio < 0.9 or Apo B/Apo A-1 ≥0.9,and the platelet parameter levels between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in age and gender between the diabetic group and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of PLT and PCV in the diabetic group were decreased,and the levels of ApoB/Apo A-1,MPV and PDW were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the diabetic group,take apolipoprotein B/A-1(ApoB/ApoA-1) ratio of 0.9 as the cut point,only PDW of the platelet parameters was statistically significant.Conclusions PLT,PDW,MPV,PCV and serum lipid index serum apolipoprotein B/A-1 ratio are all closely related to diabetes,and PDW levels are related to the lipid profile apolipoprotein B/A-1 ratio.
