引导性牙周组织再生术在牙周病治疗中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of guided periodontal tissue regeneration in treating periodontal disease

目的探讨引导性组织再生技术在牙周病治疗中的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的58例单纯的中重度牙周病患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各29例。两组均经过牙周基础治疗后,对照组采用常规牙周翻瓣术,实验组采用引导性组织再生术,术前及术后6个月分别记录患牙的PLI(菌斑指数)、BI(出血指数)、PD(牙周探诊深度)、CAL(临床附着水平)并拍摄X线根尖片记录,对比两组数据进行比较分析。结果术后6个月发现实验组和对照组PLI有所改善,BI、PD、CAL值均变小,最主要的是实验组比对照组数值变化更显著,两组数据具有统计学意义。结论与传统翻瓣刮治术治疗效果相比,引导性牙周组织再生术在牙周病的治疗中效果更好,在临床上值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of guided tissue regeneration in treating periodontal disease.Methods A total of 58 patients with moderate to severe periodontal disease were collected from our hospital and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 29 cases in each group.After basic periodontal treatment in both groups,the control group used periodontal flap surgery,the experimental group used guided tissue regeneration.Plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD) and clinical attachment level(CAL) of the affected teeth were recorded before and six months after surgery respectively,and X-ray periapical film were recorded,the two groups of data were compared and analyzed.Results Six months after surgery,PLI was improved,and BI,PD and CAL values were reduced in the experimental group and control group,the most important was that the experimental group had more significant changes than the control group,and the data of the two groups have statistical significance.Conclusions Compared with the traditional flap curettage,guided periodontal tissue regeneration is better in the treatment of periodontal disease and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
