摘要
《学记》作为世界上最早的教学论专著,其文简约却内涵丰富,系统阐述了教学思想、方法与制度等。《学记》系统论述了志学之道,要求先循序从吾所好进行辨志与立志。其次从善学出发,掌握志学至道方法。最后志学行道,要求志学守道,吾学一以贯之;志学于道,非志学于物。志学之道对当代教学有重要启示,首先要让学生立志,明晰人生的坐标与方向。其次是行志,在社会实践中实现自我价值。最后是守志,在艰难险阻中成就自我。
As the world’ s first monograph of teaching theory, On Teaching is simple and connotative, and systematically expounds teaching ideas,methods and systems. On Teaching systematically discusses the path of determination to learning,and requires that it be rigorously discerned and determined step by step. Secondly,from the perspective of learning deftly,we master the method of determination to learning to the Tao. Finally,we determine to learn,practice the Tao and be claimed to keep the Tao. I study consistently,and learn from the Tao,not the matter. The Tao of determination to learning has important implications for contemporary teaching. First,students should be determined to clarify the coordinates and direction of life. Secondly,they practice ambitions and realize their self-worth in social practice. Finally,they will keep their ambitions and achieve self in difficulties and obstacles.
