富水砂卵石地层联络通道人工冻结温度场分析 被引量:12

摘要 为研究冻结法在富水砂卵石地层条件下的适应性以及冻结设计方案的合理性,对成都地铁10号线区间联络通道冻结加固过程进行了数值模拟分析。分析结果表明:积极冻结过程中盐水循环温度、测温孔以及卸压孔各项数据正常;冻结开始后10~35 d是冻结壁成型的主要时期,40 d时冻结壁厚度达到设计要求;各测温孔温度在0~5 d时下降速度快,之后降速减缓,在40 d时各测温孔平均温度降至-10℃。数值模拟结果与现场监测数据吻合较好,表明采用数值模拟方法研究冻结温度场可行,现场的冻结设计方案合理。 In order to study the adaptability of freezing method under the condition of water-rich sandy pebble stratum and the rationality of freezing design scheme,a numerical simulation analysis was performed on the freezing and strengthening process of the connected adit of Chengdu Metro Line 10.The results show that the data of brine circulation temperature,temperature measurement hole and pressure relief hole are normal in the process of active freezing.10~35 d after the beginning of freezing is the main period of forming the frozen wall and the thickness of the frozen wall reaches the design requirements at 40 d.The decreasing speed of the temperature of each measuring hole is fast at 0~5 d,and then the decreasing speed slows down,the average temperature of each measuring hole drops to-10℃at 40 d.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the field monitoring data,which shows that it is feasible to use the numerical simulation method to study the freezing temperature field,and the field freezing design scheme is reasonable.
