40 t轴重重载铁路预应力混凝土轨枕设计研究 被引量:4

摘要 我国具有25 t和30 t轴重重载铁路预应力混凝土轨枕的设计和运营经验,但对于40 t轴重重载铁路混凝土轨枕仍缺乏相关技术储备。为配合我国重载铁路"走出去"战略,本文基于对国内外混凝土轨枕设计标准的对比分析,开展了40 t轴重重载轨枕的设计研究。研究结果表明:对于40 t轴重重载铁路典型工况,按照北美地区混凝土轨枕的设计标准计算出的轨下截面正弯矩显著高于按照欧洲和中国标准的计算结果;按照中国混凝土轨枕的设计标准设计完成的40 t轴重重载轨枕轨下截面正弯矩和枕中截面负弯矩承载能力分别为35.6,22.3 kN·m,与适用于25,30 t轴重重载铁路的Ⅲa型、Ⅳa型轨枕相比,该轨枕在质量提高相对不大的情况下,满足设计承载要求。然后按照北美地区轨枕标准的规定进行了一系列室内试验验证,试验结果均满足标准要求。 China has experience in design and operation of concrete sleepers for 25 t and 30 t axle-load heavy haul railway,but lacks relevant technical reserves for concrete sleepers for 40 t axle-load heavy haul railway.In order to cooperate with the strategy of"going out"of heavy haul railway in China,this paper carried out the research on design of concrete sleepers for 40 t axle-load heavy haul railway,combining with the comparative analysis of the design standards of concrete sleepers in China and other countries.For the typical working conditions of 40 t axle-load heavy haul railway,the railseat section positive bending moment calculated by North American standards is significantly higher than those calculated by European and Chinese standards.According to the design standard of concrete sleepers in China,the bearing capacities of the positive moment of the railseat section and the negative moment of the centre section of 40 t axle-load sleeper are 35.6,22.3 kN·m,respectively.Compared with the typeⅢa sleeper and typeⅣa sleeper,this sleeper meets the design load-bearing requirements with relatively small mass increase.Then,a series of laboratory tests had been carried out according to the North American sleeper standard,and the test results meet the requirements of the standard.
