基于海南运营动车组的轨道检测系统研制及应用 被引量:4

摘要 海南环岛高速铁路开通运营后缺乏合适的基础设施检测设备,为满足其线路检测需求,研制了高度集成的基于运营动车组的轨道检测系统。系统采用新型传感器及信号处理方法,开发了新的轨道几何参数计算模型,并建立了地面数据处理中心。系统投入运用后状态良好。由检测数据重复性分析和现场复核结果可知:新研制的系统检测数据准确可靠,解决了海南环岛高速铁路的线路检测问题。 After the operation of Hainan roundabout high speed railway,this line lacked proper infrastructure inspection equipment.In order to meet the inspection needs of the line,a highly integrated track inspection system based on operating EMU was developed.The system adopted new sensors and signal processing method,developed a new calculation model of the track geometry parameters,and established a ground data processing center.The system has been in good condition since it was put into use.Based on the results of test data repeatability analysis and on-site review,the test data obtained by newly developed system were accurate and reliable,which solves the problem of line inspection of Hainan roundabout high speed railway.
