基于EST-SSR标记的西双版纳苦茶资源遗传多样性分析 被引量:11

摘要 丰富的遗传变异对提高作物的环境适应性和遗传改良进度至关重要。为了进一步了解西双版纳境内苦茶种质资源的遗传多样性,通过应用28对SSR引物对西双版纳傣族自治州境内的50份苦茶资源材料进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,共检测到127个等位基因,平均每个位点为4.53;Shannon信息指数在0.92~1.70,最小为SSR01位点(0.92),最大为SSR09位点(1.70),平均每个位点为1.25;多态性信息含量在0.444~0.777,最小为SSR01位点(0.444),最大为SSR09位点(0.777),每个位点平均值为0.614。聚类分析结果显示,50份供试材料分成4个大类和多个亚群,其中有2个大类只有2份资源材料,其余46份材料分布在另2个大类多个亚群中。聚类结果与多态性信息含量和Shannon信息指数分析结果一致,表现出丰富的遗传多样性。研究结果可为西双版纳苦茶资源的育种和创新利用提供研究基础。 Abundant genetic variation is very important to improve the environmental adaptability and genetic improvement progress of crops.To know the genetic diversity of Camellia assamica var.kucha germplasm resource in Xishuangbanna,50 Camellia assamica var.kucha resources were explored by using 28 simple sequence repeat(SSR)markers.The results showed that a total of 127 distinctive loci were detected with an average of 4.53,the Shannon information was range from 0.92 to 1.70 with an average of 1.25,the largest was the loci SSR09(1.70)and the smallest was the loci SSR01(0.92).Polymorphism information content was range from 0.444 to0.777 with an average of 0.614,the largest was the loci SSR09(0.777)and the smallest was the loci SSR01(0.444).Cluster analysis results showed that 50 Camellia assamica var.kucha resources were divided into 4 groups and subgroups,there were 2 categories only 2 resource materials,the remaining 46 materials were distributed in two other large groups and many subgroups.The result of cluster analysis is consistent with that of Shannon information index and polymorphism information content,all of these show high genetic diversity.The results will provide research foundation for breeding and innovative utilization of bitter tea resources in Xishuangbanna.
