腐植酸用量对鸡粪中泰乐菌素降解的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对鸡粪中泰乐菌素污染严重的问题,通过向鸡粪中添加1%(A1)和5%(A5)的腐植酸避光培养30 d,分析鸡粪中泰乐菌素、pH值和电导率随时间变化的情况,以探究腐植酸对泰乐菌素降解以及对鸡粪pH和电导率的影响。结果表明,添加腐植酸对鸡粪pH无显著影响;添加1%腐植酸对鸡粪电导率下降和泰乐菌素降解具有促进作用。 The heavy pollution of tylosin in chicken manure has been a severe problem. To explore the effects of humic acid on tylosin degradation, pH and electrical conductivity with time change in chicken manure, chicken manure with 1%(A1)and 5%(A5)humic acid by quality were cultured in dark for 30 d and the tylosin, pH and electrical conductivity with time change were studied. The results showed that humic acid had no significance effect on pH. However, chicken manure with 1% humic acid could promote the decrease of electrical conductivity and degradation of tylosin.
