浅谈水电站钢岔管消应处理方法

摘要 水电站钢岔管焊接过程中产生残余应力,对焊接造成变形及裂缝等严重的质量问题。本文结合工程实际,分析水电站钢岔管焊接过程中产生的焊接残余应力,以及焊接残余应力对钢岔管产生的危害,采取爆炸法对钢岔管进行消应处理。结果表明,焊接残余应力的消除率可达到60%以上,焊缝应力明显降低,爆炸处理结果可以满足规范和设计使用要求。 Residual stress is generated during the welding of steel bifurcation pipes of hydropower stations,which causes serious quality problems such as deformation and cracks in welding.Combined with the engineering practice,the welding residual stresses generated during the welding of steel bifurcated pipes in hydropower stations are analyzed,and the damage caused by the welding residual stresses to the steel bifurcated pipes.The results show that the removal rate of welding residual stress can reach more than 60%,the weld stress is significantly reduced,and the explosion treatment results can meet the specifications and design requirements.
