摘要
通过对花榈木不同嫁接方法、嫁接时间、愈伤组织产生条件进行研究,发现以花榈木或红豆树为砧木,以花榈木当年生枝条为接穗,在春季4月花榈木萌动之前,运用H形撕皮枝接法嫁接,成活率在90%以上;采用锡箔纸捆绑固定接穗处有利于愈伤组织的产生。
Different grafting methods,grafting time and conditions for callus formation of Ormosia henryi were researched.The results showed that the survival rate reached over 90%grafting current year branch of O.henryi on O.henryi or Ormosia hosiei before budding in April adopting“H”peel grafting method.Binding with silver paper at the junction between the scion and the stock could benefit the callus formation.
