摘要
本文简明阐述了超级电容器的工作原理,集中介绍了暂态电压稳定装置的构成,并对相关数据进行了测试。暂态电压稳定装置既具备电池的储能特性,又具有普通电容器的大电流快速充放电特性,在一定程度上,填补了普通电容器与电池之间比能量与比功率的空白,目前已经在部分无线发射台得到试用,工作性能良好,具有推广意义。
This paper briefy describes the working principle of supercapacitors,focuses on the composition of transient voltage stabilization devices,and tests the relevant data.Transient voltage stabilization device not only has the characteristics of battery energy storage,but also has the characteristics of high current and fast charging and discharging of ordinary capacitors.To a certain extent,it flls the gap of specifc energy and specifc power between ordinary capacitors and batteries.It has been tested in some wireless transmitters,and its performance is good,and it is worth popularizing.
