Design and Application of IPTV Supervisory Platform for the Entire Process and the Whole Network

本文介绍的IPTV监测监管系统是在IPTV集成播控平台、电信传输分发节点、用户终端三大环节上建立三级监管架构。将播控平台、传输分发节点、用户终端的EPG信息、节目内容码流、节目信息、运行数据等信息采集回传到统一监测监管系统,最终达到对IPTV节目源、传输和分发、用户终端的全程全网监管。保障IPTV安全播出工作。

The paper introduces a IPTV monitoring and supervision system which has a three-level supervision structure in three links of IPTV integrated broadcasting platform,telecommunication transmission and distribution node and user terminal.The system transmits all kinds of information in the three links to the unified monitoring and supervision system,including EPG information,program coded stream,program information,operation data and so on.Finally,the system realizes the supervision of the entire process and the whole network,including IPTV program source,transmission and distribution,and user terminal.And it guarantees the safety of IPTV broadcasting system in Qinghai.
