摘要 要求超低排放的660 MW机组采用三合一引风机后功率大大增加,合理选择引风机的驱动方式,可减少厂用电耗能、增加机组的净供电量。以某燃煤电厂660 MW机组引风机增容改造为分析对象,对引风机采用电动机驱动、汽轮机驱动、以及汽电双驱三种不同驱动方案进行比较,计算初投资、耗煤量及上网电量等进行技术及经济性分析。结果表明,采用汽电联合驱动方案驱动动调引风机,在低负荷情况下,通过异步发电机回收部分电能至厂用电系统,机组的厂用电率降低约1.53%,提高了运行收益率。 The power of induced draft fan is greatly increased in the unit with 660 MW and ultra-low emission requirements, the reasonable selection of the driving mode of the induced draft fan is used to reduce the energy consumption of auxiliary power, and increase the net power supply of the unit. This paper takes transformation of induced draft fan of 660 MW unit in coal-fired power plant as the analysis object, and compares three different driving modes of induced draft fan including motor drive, steam drive and steam-electric drive. The technical and economic analysis is carried out by calculating the initial investment, coal consumption and online electricity quantity. The results show that using the combined steam-electric drive can recover part of the electric energy to the auxiliary power system through the asynchronous generator under the condition of low load. The power consumption rate of the unit is reduced by about 1.53%, which improves the rate of operating income.
