摘要 针对固定补偿模式、一段出清模式和多段出清模式的调峰辅助服务市场机制,为了比较三种机制在不同调峰需求下机组的经济性和环保性,本文定义了单元机组燃料效益的概念。从交易机构的角度出发,基于目标函数为机组费用最低的假设和统一出清电价理论,对三种交易机制进行了数学刻画,模拟了有6台火电机组参与的调峰辅助服务市场交易。实验结果表明:多段出清交易机制下,机组中标的调峰电量较为分散;当调峰需求较大时,单元机组燃料效益较好。多段出清交易机制有利于提高单元机组的经济性和环保性,能有效促进电力系统对新能源的消纳。 There are fixed compensation model,one-stage clearing market model and two-stage clearing market model of market mechanisms of peak-regulating ancillary services.In order to compare the economic and environmental impact of these three market mechanisms in different peak regulation demand,a notion named fuel benefits of unit plant is defined.From the perspective of the trading institution,three market mechanisms are described based on the hypothesis of using lowest unit costs as objective function and the theory of uniform market clearing price.And peak-regulating ancillary services market which consists of six thermal power units is simulated.The results show that:under the market mechanism of two-stage clearing market model,bided volume of electricity is more dispersed.The higher the value of peak regulation demand,the better the fuel benefits of unit plant will be.The market mechanism of two-stage clearing market model is advantageous to improve economy and environmental protection.And it can also effectively promote wind power accommodation.
