摘要
某型号产品机械手中关键传动零件转换拨杆,由于零件的特殊使用工况,零件既要求有高强度,也要求有高耐蚀性能。零件在盐浴淬火的基础上进行了镀锌表面处理,此为航天产品禁用工艺,直接影响整个机械手的可靠性。通过对该零件实际工艺情况及大量试验结果的分析,确定了零件表面处理方式改为380℃热渗锌,找出了一种表面处理替代方案。该方案满足零件使用工况,切实可行,避免了禁用工艺,提高了产品可靠性。
Transfer lever for key transmission parts in the manipulator of a product required not only high strength,but also high corrosion resistance due to its special working conditions.The parts were treated by galvanizing on the basis of salt bath quenching which directly affected the reliability of the whole mechanical gripper,so this surface treatment was a banned process for aerospace products.Through the analysis of the actual process of the parts and a large number of test results it was determined that the surface treatment of the parts was changed to Hot zinc infiltration at 380℃.And the alternative surface treatment mode which met the working conditions of the parts was successfully found out.This feasible treatment met use conditions and avoided the prohibited process and improved the reliability of the product.
