摘要
针对当前利用传统方式采摘椰子所存在的劳动强度大、作业人员安全得不到保障等问题,提出了一种新型椰子采摘装置的设计方案。对剪切机构和爬升机构进行了设计研究,应用SolidWorks Simulation对压板进行了有限元静应力分析,并且对爬升机构中的上端和下端夹紧机构进行了计算分析,可为椰子采摘装置的优化设计提供参考。
In view of the current usage of traditional methods to pick coconuts,there were problems such as high labor intensity,unsafe protection of workers and so on,a design scheme for a new type of coconut picking device was proposed.Shearing mechanism and climbing mechanism were studied,and finite element static stress analysis of the pressure plate was done by using SolidWorks Simulation,at the same time,the calculation and analysis of the upper and lower clamping mechanisms in the climbing mechanism were finished,which can provide reference for the optimal design of the coconut picking device.
