KDF2成型机组输出装置高位改低位设计分析

摘要 为解决KDF2成型机组生产异型滤棒时无法实时观察间隙及切断位置是否准确的问题,通过对接收鼓轮传送过程进行分析改造,基于齿轮的复合轮系及平皮带的运动原理设计了一种低位输送滤棒装置,进而在KDF2成型机组上实现了滤棒输出高位改低位的动作。该技术可为提高成型设备生产异型滤棒的合格率和卷烟产品质量提升提供支持。 In order to solve the problem that the gap and cutting position can not be observed in real time when the KDF2 forming unit produced the special-shaped filter rod,we analyzed the transmission process of the receiving drum,and designed the movement principle of the gear-based composite wheel train and flat belt low delivery filter rod device.In turn,the action of changing the output of the filter rod to a high position on the KDF2 forming unit was realized.This technology can support the improvement of the qualification rate of shaped filter rods and the quality improvement of cigarette products.
