发展职业教育是推动地方区域经济发展、促进本地劳动力就业、改善民生、缓解劳动力供求结构矛盾的关键环节。高职教育要促进产业发展,必须加强与本地产业、行业、企业的合作,为其提供优质的专业人才,而培养具有工匠精神的人才需要行业、企业的深度参与。要保障校企合作的深度,需要保障制度、约束制度。激励制度等方面的对接制度,并提高对接制度的执行力。

It is the key links for development of vocational education to drive local economy, to promote employment of local labor force, to improve people’s livelihood and to relieve the contradiction between supply and demand of labor force. To ensure the role of higher vocational education in promoting industries development, vocational colleges must intensify their cooperation with local industries, trades and enterprises to provide quality professionals in the context that cultivating talents bearing"Craftsmanship Spirit"needs deep participation by the industries and enterprises. This article has analyzed the content of and corresponding measures for the docking system of vocational colleges with the development of local industries, trades and enterprises from multiple perspectives.
