A Probe into the Construction of the Core Area of the Opening Financial of Nanning as a Portal to ASEAN

新加坡作为东盟的核心成员国,全球著名的国际金融中心,在国际金融中心的建设过程中积累了丰富的经验。以新加坡在金融开放创新的经验为切入点,发现南宁建设面向东盟的金融开放门户核心区面临金融业整体规模不大、金融开放程度不足、金融监管能力不强、高端金融人才紧缺等制约因素。因此,要找准建设面向东盟的金融开放门户南宁核心区的重点问题,把握好关键环节。

As a core member country of ASEAN and a world-renowned international financial center, Singapore has accumulated a wealth of experience in the process of its construction. Taking Singapore’s experience in opening and innovation as a penetrating point, this article discusses its findings that restriction factors such as small overall size of its financial industry, insufficient opening, weak supervision capability and shortage of highend financial talents are existing in Nanning’s construction of the core area of its financial portal opening to ASEAN. Therefore, it is needed to capture those key problems and links existing in the construction of the core area of the financial portal of Nanning opening to ASEAN.
