摘要 以石膏板、龙骨、隔热吸声材料、连接件为组成元件,研发了一种具有槽型结构的分片装配式隔墙。通过调整龙骨的形状与尺寸及其组装方式,优化墙体的抗弯刚度;通过合理组装墙体组元,改善墙体的隔热、隔声性能。试验结果表明,将两根异型C30×37.5×12×0.8龙骨侧立组装,将隔热吸声材料布置在龙骨与石膏板之间,阻断热桥、声桥,在墙体内部形成空腔的墙体结构,可以获得高抗弯刚度和优良的隔热、隔声性能的装配式墙体,组合龙骨的总惯性矩Iz=11.07 cm4,墙体的传热系数为0.65 W/(m2·K),隔声量达到41 dB。 A new kind of split-type assembled wall with groove structure was researched with plasterboard,keel,heat insulation and sound absorption materials,and connectors as components.The flexural rigidity of the wall was optimized by adjusting the shape,size and arrangement of keels.The heat and sound insulation performance of the wall was improved via assembling the components reasonably.The results show that the assembled wall with high bending stiffness and excellent heat and sound insulation performance can be obtained when two special-shaped C30×37.5×12×0.8 keels were fitted together side by side,the heat insulation and sound absorption materials were arranged between keel and gypsum board to break the sound bridge of thermal bridge,and a hollow structure was designed inside the wall.The total moment of inertia of composited keels(Iz)achieved 11.07 cm4,the heat transfer coefficient of the wall reached 0.65 W/(m2·K),and the sound insulation was beyond 41 dB.
