摘要
目的探讨利拉鲁肽注射液联合地屈孕酮对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗及氧化应激水平的影响。方法将圆园员远年员月至圆园员愿年缘月收治的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者怨源例按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组源苑例,对照组患者接受常规治疗垣地屈孕酮片,观察组在对照组基础上加利拉鲁肽,观察2组治疗前后疗效、胰岛素抵抗及氧化应激水平。结果观察组治疗后的总有效率为怨6豫,比对照组苑9豫的总有效率明显更高(孕约园援园缘);2组治疗前的胰岛素抵抗指数(匀韵酝粤鄄陨砸)、空腹胰岛素(云陨晕杂)、体质量指数(月酝陨)差异无统计学意义(孕跃园援园缘),观察组治疗后的匀韵酝粤鄄陨砸、云陨晕杂、月酝陨明显优于对照组(孕约园援园缘);观察组治疗后的丙二醇(酝阅粤)、脂质过氧化氢(蕴匀孕)较对照组低,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(郧杂匀鄄孕曾)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(孕约园援园缘)。结论利拉鲁肽注射液联合地屈孕酮可减轻肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素抵抗,也能抑制氧化应激反应。
Objective To investigate the effects of liraglutide injection combined with dydrogesterone on insulin resistance and oxidative stress in obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Ninty-four patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment plus dydrogesterone tablets.The observation group received liraglutide on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,insulin resis-tance and oxidative stress levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%after treatment,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HOMA-IR,FINS and BMI between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The HOMA-IR,FINS and BMI of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The MDA,LHP of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and GSH-Px were higher than those of the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide injection combined with dydrogesterone can alleviate insulin resistance and inhibit oxidative stress in obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.
