摘要
为满足高速电路中差分信号对信号线的低反射与高传输的设计要求,通过对差分信号线的电磁场分布与耦合情况的理论分析,提出了差分信号回流路径的一种优化方案,并给出了建模仿真的方法。运用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS通过在模型中设置参考平面、过孔相关信息等操作分别对差分信号的回流路径进行设计与仿真,利用S参数及模型电场分布分析差分信号的信号质量。仿真结果表明,本优化方案能够有效降低信号线的反射,提高信号线的传输性能与信号完整性。
To satisfy the design requirements of low-reflection and high-transmission of differential signals to signal lines in high-speed circuits,an optimization scheme of differential signal reflux path is proposed through theoretical analysis of the distribution of electromagnetic field and coupling of differential signal line,and the method of modeling and simulation is given. The 3 D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS is used to design and simulate the reflux path of the differential signal by setting the reference planes and via related information in the model. The signal quality of the differential signal is analyzed by the S parameter and the distribution of model electric field. The simulation results show that the proposed optimization scheme can effectively reduce the reflection of the signal lines and improve the transmission performance and signal integrity of the signal lines.
