医用超声设备腹部基础成像图像质量对比评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的为缩小国产医用超声设备与世界先进水平的差距,本研究对五个品牌的超声诊断设备的腹部基础图像临床效果进行对比评价。方法对五种国产超声诊断设备品牌的腹部基础图像临床应用效果进行对比评价。受试者同时进行国产和进口设备的腹部超声基础检查,评价标准切面每个机型包含26张,图像采用盲法的李克特量表评价,按图像质量评为1~5分,评分采用Wilcoxon秩和检验进行统计学分析。结果在国产与进口设备的图像质量评分比较中,二者评分的差异在大部分切面中无统计学意义。DoTA-01A及DoTB-01A评分较高,部分切面的评分高于进口设备。部分国产设备与进口设备仍有差距,但差值较小,有待进一步提高。大部分腹部基础图像质量国产超声主流设备与进口设备基本相当。结论国产超声设备腹部基础图像质量较好,国产设备图像质量不劣于进口设备,本研究为国家提供发展国产医用超声设备提供依据和支撑。 Objective The clinical effect of abdominal basic image of five domestic brands of ultrasonic diagnostic equipment were compared and evaluated to narrow the gap between domestic medical ultrasonic equipment and world advanced level.Methods The clinical effects of five domestic brands of ultrasonic equipment were compared and evaluated.The subjects underwent abdominal basic examination of domestic and imported equipment at the same time,and each included 26 pictures.The image evaluation was evaluated by blind Likert scale,the score was 1-5 according to the image quality,and the score was analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test.Results There was no significant difference in most aspects in the comparison of image quality scores of domestic and imported equipment.The scores of DoTA-01A and DoTB-01A were high,and the scores of some sections were higher than those of imported equipment.Some domestic equipment and imported equipment still had a gap,but the difference was small.Most of the basic abdominal image quality of domestic mainstream ultrasound equipment and imported equipment was basically equivalent.Conclusion The abdominal basic image quality of domestic ultrasound equipment is fine and the image quality of domestic equipment is not inferior to that of imported equipment.This study provides support for the development of domestic medical ultrasound equipment.
