摘要
目的构建医嘱闭环系统,对药物医嘱进行闭环管理,实现医嘱执行过程中各环节的质量控制。方法建设移动护理系统和院内无线网络,利用条码识别技术和PDA、移动医护推车、平板电脑等数据采集工具,构建医嘱闭环系统。通过问卷调查,分析医嘱闭环管理应用效果。结果规范了护理流程、减少了医疗差错和提高了医护效率。结论通过构建和应用医嘱闭环系统,可以减少护理不良事件和提高工作效率。
Objective To achieve quality control in all aspects of the implementation of the doctor’s orders,the closed-loop menagement of drug orders by building a closed-loop system of doctors’orders.Methods Mobile care systems and in-hospital wireless network construction were carried out.The bar code recognition technology and data acquisition tools such as PDA,mobile medical carts,and tablet computers were used to establish a closed-loop system.The effect of analyzing the closedloop management application of medical orders was conducted using a questionnaire survey.Results Through the application of medical order closedloop system,the nursing process was standardized,medical errors were reduced,and medical efficiency was improved.Conclusion By constructing and applying the closed-loop system of doctor’s orders,medical errors can be reduced and work efficiency can be improved.
