Analysis on the Role of Consumption Ratio Monitoring in Single Disease Management

为进一步规范使用医用耗材,降低医院成本,提升医用耗材安全使用的目的,本文分析了医院医用耗材管理现状及存在的问题,并提出如何强化医用耗材管理的对策。通过建立可收费耗材使用分析系统,对可收费耗材进行科学合理的分析,在单病种管理下进行耗占比监测,从而优化了耗材使用结构,降低耗材使用量,提升耗材使用安全。

In order to further standardize the use of medical consumables,reduce hospital costs,and improve the safe use of medical consumables,this paper analyzed the current status and problems of medical consumables management in hospitals,and proposed how to strengthen the management of medical consumables.Through the establishment of the use analysis system of chargeable consumables,the scientific and reasonable analysis of chargeable consumables was carried out,and the consumption ratio monitoring was carried out under the management of single disease.The use structure of consumables was optimized,the use amount of consumables was reduced,and the use safety of consumables was improved.
