“5S” Management Method in Disposable Medical Supplies Storage

目的本文探讨了“5S”管理法在医院一次性医疗耗材库房管理中的应用和实施效果。方法对比、分析采用“5S”管理法前后一次性医疗耗材库房的资金周转率、库房因跌落、破损、丢失、失效、受潮、污渍导致耗材损耗报废数量、库房管理人员年均月盘点消耗时长。结果通过实施“5S”方法管理一次性医疗耗材库房后提高了资金周转率,降低了库房物资因管理不当造成的损失和差错,提高了工作效率。结论“5S”管理方法在医院一次性医疗耗材库房的管理中的实际应用效果良好。

Objective To discuss the application and implementation effect of“5S”management method in the warehouse management of disposable medical supplies in hospitals.Methods The capital turnover rate of the primary medical supplies warehouse,the wastage and scrap quantity of consumables caused by falling,damage,loss,failure,damp and stains,and the average monthly inventory consumption time of the warehouse management personnel before and after adopting the“5S”management method were compared and analyzed.Results Through the implementation of“5S”method to manage the warehouse of disposable medical supplies,the capital turnover rate was improved,the losses and errors caused by improper management of the warehouse materials were reduced,and the work efficiency was improved.Conclusion The real-time application of“5S”hospital warehouse management shows improvement compare to the non-“5S”hospital warehouse management.
