摘要
目的调查和评价安徽省属三级医院不同疾病耗占比情况。方法采集7所省属三级医院2017年度第一、第四季度病案数据及医用耗材费用数据。按照病种、术式计算不同疾病的耗占比情况。结果不同病种、术式耗占比差异较大;第四季度手术组耗占比明显低于一季度(t=27.373,P<0.001)。结论病种、术式不同对卫生材料费用影响也不同。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the proportion of medical consumables in Anhui hospitals.Methods The medical record data and medical consumables cost data of 7 provincial tertiary hospitals in the first and fourth quarters of 2017 were collected.The proportion of consumption of different diseases was calculated according to disease type and operation method.Results The consumption ratio of different diseases and surgical methods was quite different.In the fourth quarter,the operating group’s consumption ratio was significantly lower than the first quarter(t=27.373,P<0.001).Conclusion Different diseases and surgery have different effects on the cost of sanitary materials.
