摘要
本文通过分析检修日本岛津MUX-100DJ移动DR三例高频故障,对处理普通移动DR的常见故障维修提供借鉴经验。根据设备运行原理,对机器出现的管球横臂行走速度故障、开机或准备状态下报故障代码“F32”或“F33”以及报“d1”错误代码进行逐一解析,迅速排除故障。我们认识到行业工作者不仅需要迅速解决由元器件老化、使用磨损,缺乏维护保养等因素引起的设备故障,还要结合周期性、预防性维修工作。
To provide reference experience for common faults in repairing ordinary mobile DR,three high-frequency faults of MUX-100DJ mobile DR were analyzed and overhauled.Based on the operation principle of the equipment,we analyzed the failure of the ball cross arm travel speed,reported the fault code“F32”or“F33”in the startup or preparation state and reported the“d1”error code one by one,and quickly eliminated the fault.We also recognize that the industry workers not only need to quickly solve the equipment failure caused by aging,wear and tear of components,and lack of maintenance factors,but also combine periodic and preventive maintenance work.
