摘要
近年来中国积极开展步行街改造提升工作,在步行街的整体规划、基础设施建设等发展方面取得巨大进步,但由于缺乏特色、购物环境不佳、服务水平不高等原因,仍存在吸引力不足,不能满足消费者需求等现实问题。日本是步行街成功发展的典范,在观光立国战略的背景下,日本步行街发展强调为外来旅游者和本地居民的多样化消费需求服务,注重特色化发展,以人为本,重视硬件基础设施和消费环境的塑造,是其吸引国内外游客消费,成为国际消费中心的重要特征。因此,在深入研究和学习日本步行街发展特征和经验后,提出我国步行街发展应在加强统一规划管理的基础上,提升服务水平,完善步行街消费环境,凸显文化特色差异化发展,推动步行街业态创新,逐步将步行街打造成为促进形成强大国内市场的有效载体、实现经济高质量发展的创新平台和推动全方位对外开放的重要窗口。
In recent years,China has carried out transformation and upgrading of pedestrian street.Although made great progress in the overall planning and infrastructure construction,it is still can not satisfy consumer demand,due to the homogeneity characteristics,disorder consumption environment and low-level service.The Japanese pedestrian street is a model for successfully bringing along intemational tourism consumption.Under the background of the Japancse tourism-based country strategy,Japanese pedestrian street focus on providing domestic and foreign consumers with diversified services.Differential positioning,human-centered con cept,good infrastructure and expense environment are all important measures to build intemational consumer center.Therefore,after in-depth study of the Japanese pedestrian street development,Chinese pedestrian street is suggested to strengthen planning and management,improve service level and consumption environment,adhere to characteristic development,and promote the retail innovation.Only in this way,can China pedestrian street become an effective carrier for strong domestic market,an inn ovation platform for high-quality development,and a window for China's all-around opening-up.
