基于BIM的健康监测系统设计与应用

摘要 近年来,技术的进步逐步改变了建筑行业发展的总体趋势。BIM技术在建筑工程建设中的应用充分发挥了其技术优势,实现了对工程施工全过程的模拟与监管,提高了工程建设的总体水平,有效发挥了BIM技术的控制与管理作用。BIM技术的应用可以在工程建设中实现工程信息与数据的共享,尤其是基于BIM的健康监测系统的应用提升了建筑工程的整体效益。以某工程为例,分析了基于BIM的健康监测系统的整体设计与应用,对工程实践具有重要的借鉴价值。 In recent years,advances in technology have gradually changed the overall trend of the development of the construction industry.The application of BIM technology in construction engineering has fully exerted its technical advantages,realized the simulation and supervision of the whole process of engineering construction,improved the overall level of engineering construction,and effectively played the role of BIM technology control and management.The application of BIM technology can realize the sharing of engineering information and data in engineering construction,especially the application of BIM-based health monitoring system improves the overall efficiency of construction engineering.Taking a project as an example,the overall design and application of BIMbased health monitoring system is analyzed,which has important reference value for engineering practice.
