一种定型化墙、柱铝合金模板的应用与分析

目前,建筑用模板逐步由木模板、钢模板转换成刚度大、质量轻、定型化、周转次数多的铝模版。该种模板具有操作简单、施工速度快、施工流程清晰等特点。但由于铝合金模板兴起时间不久,在施工中仍然存在问题。因此,针对一种墙柱部位铝合金模板应用方法进行研究,以更有利于现场操作,提高施工质量。

At present,the building formwork is gradually converted from a wood formwork and a steel formwork into an aluminum die plate with high rigidity,light weight,stereotyped,and many turnover times.The template has the characteristics of simple operation,fast construction speed and clear construction process.However,due to the short time of the aluminum alloy template,there are still problems in the construction.Therefore,research on the application method of aluminum alloy formwork for wall column is more conducive to on-site operation and improve construction quality.
